When handling personal data, we proceed in accordance with the Czech laws and regulations and directly applicable EU legislation, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., and in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation on certain information society services and amending certain laws, as amended.

Who is the administrator of your data?

You give your consent to ART CARBON Lmtd., IČO: 06423469, with its registered office at U Hřiště 418, 250 81 Nehvizdy, entered in the public register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 281888 / MSPH, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR Regulation processed personal data as a controller according to the conditions below.

When is it not necessary to consent to the processing of personal data?

We may process personal data without your consent only for the following purposes:

  • Performance of a contract the subject of which is the provision of a service or product
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations that arise for us from generally binding legal regulations.
  • Processing within the legitimate interest (e.g. for direct marketing, ensuring safety and protection of life).

For what purpose do we manage personal data and for how long?

The data can be used for business and marketing purposes, ie. to maintain a database of users of the website and to offer goods and services, for the duration of the legal reason for this method of processing and use of personal and other data. In other words, we collect your personal data in order to be able to use our services and inform you about the news. Contact and inquiry form – we collect data from the form for the purpose of joint negotiations and the possibility of creating an offer or response to your question. Such processing is enabled by article 6. paragraph 1 letter b) Regulation. We will process personal data during the negotiations at the conclusion of the contract or for a maximum period of 1 year from the sending of your report unless you give your consent to further processing.

We can use identification and address data in accordance with the so-called legitimate interest for the creation of internal statistics. We use anonymized outputs from these statistics to improve our services, including user behavior analysis and marketing.

We process personal data obtained through cookies on the basis of your consent (which you can give by confirmation on the web interface after you have been notified of the use of cookies and have had the opportunity to familiarize yourself with this Policy). We are entitled to process personal data obtained through cookies even if you continue to use the web interface even after you have been notified of the processing of this personal data. We use personal data obtained through cookies for the purposes of user support, improving our services, and behavior analysis users and marketing.

How is my data protected?

We try to secure all personal data that we process against their leakage or theft. For this reason, we restrict their manipulation, copying, transmission or access to them only for the strictly necessary purposes for which you have given us consent or where this purpose is defined by law.

Alternatively, we may entrust other processors of personal data or persons (such as carriers or other persons involved in the performance of the contract and our obligations), but only to the extent necessary to fulfill the contract. We do not pass on personal data to any other person. Personal and other collected data are fully secured against misuse. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
